Wood Pellets for Fuel

Wood pellets are becoming more and more popular in
the UK, being used to produce heat in specially designed stoves
or boilers. Our 6mm pellets are manufactured from 100% softwood virgin timber
to produce high quality Grade 1 premium pellets.

We don’t add any chemical additives as the natural lignin in the wood serves as a binder. The moisture and ash content is very low, in turn giving them high energy content. They are clean, easy to handle making them particularly suitable for domestic use, also taking up less room than other forms of wood fuel. All our pellets conform to the CEN/TS 14961 standard, which is the top European quality standard.

Wood Pellet Horse Bedding

Wood pellets for horse bedding are produced from 100% softwood virgin timber. The pellets are light in colour to give light coloured fluffy bed. Pellets expand when soaked with water to create firm, absorbent bedding for horses. With increased absorbency a drier cleaner stall will improve hoof condition by reducing exposure to moisture and ammonia. Pellet litter also picks up faster so mucking out time is reduced.

Using wood pellets can dramatically reduce your bedding usage by up to 50%, for example a 15kg bag of wood pellets is equivalent to around 2 bales of traditional shavings. We don't add any chemical additives to our pellets as the natural lignin of the wood serves as a binder.

Our pellets are heated to a high temperature helping to remove any possible allergens, in turn making it entirely safe for your horse, also dust is minimal.

Wood Pellet Cat Litter

Our wood pellets are ideal to use as cat litter, being extremely absorbent and helping to eliminate strong odours !

(Just to add that at the moment cat litter pellets are packaged in horse bedding bags but the pellets are still the same)!

Briquettes are made from virgin timber, sourced locally within the UK; there are no additives of any kind included within the manufacturing process.

The briquettes offer easy, convenient combustion and are suitable for burning in multi-fuel stoves, log burners and open fireplaces.

Wood Pellet Air Grate

You can now burn your  Wood Fuel pellets in your multi fuel stove / boiler.

You simply place the Air Grate into your stove or boiler, pour the Wood Fuel pellets on top of the grate leaving the front of the grate exposed to let air filter through the pellets . Put lighting oil on the pellets, then light them. Very soon they give a blaze of long lasting heat.  They are extremely easy to use and are one and a half times more efficient than wood logs with the moisture of the pellets always being so low. The Wood Pellet Air Grate is made from heavy duty steel for long lasting use. No need to worry about drying logs out, simply open the bag and use straight away with the confidence of gaining optimum performance from your multi fuel stove or boiler every time.
