All prices quoted include VAT @ 5% for domestic fuel, if the wood pellets are to be used for any other use there will be an extra charge as 20% VAT will then apply.
All orders are delivered by Courier to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process and will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter a contact number for our Courier to contact you if necessary. You can also enter special delivery instruction for the Courier during checkout. Deliveries whenever possible will be on a 7.5 tonne lorry with tail lift and the driver will drop the pallet as near as possible to where required.
Goods can be ordered online to be shipped within the UK. Deliveries to the UK mainland are free with the exception of the Scottish Highlands and N Ireland., please ring for quote.
Orders will usually be delivered within 3 working days of placing your order.
